Andrew Doheny Named Rising Star Male

After hundreds of thousands of votes were cast in the OC Surfer Of The Year contest, Vans' own Andrew Doheny was named 2009's Rising Star Male! Come out to support him when he's honored at the Walk of Fame at Jack’s Surfboards during the U.S. Open of Surfing on July 23. Nice work Andrew!
