Cold Water Classic

We've ventured to the Great North, yeah right. No, we're in Santa Cruz for the Cold Water Classic. Today we had seven people from the Vans Team compete, and at the end of the day, only one man stands alone. It's none other than Dane "insert your own nickname here" Gudauskas. Jason "Meltdown" Collins went down alongside Dylan "my roommate" Graves. We also saw the demise of John "I'm 18 now" Florence, and Tanner "Tango Mango" Gudauskas as well as Pat "Up the paddle without a creek" Gudauskas & Timmy "Timlexia" Reyes. So good luck of your quest Dane, may the force be with your mustache.

Later that night... Good dinner, Pat & Tanner spoke before SIMA, and everyone got rowdy at the sky bar... The boys made some new friends, Then into an early one this morning.

Last night's dinner at SIMA might have been one of the best meals ever... except for moms home cooking of course. After being in the Cabo sun all day, we were pretty burnt, but made it out for a little taste of the nightlife. Then waking up early this morning for a sesh up the beach a ways...

we've been down in Cabo shooting the new boardshorts and whatnot, but no internet. So here's a look at the last couple of days! We pulled up at Cerritos, and got an amazing rate at pablo escobar's house (not really), and some good waves. We just arrived back in Cabo San Lucas for SIMA, good thing there's internet at this place.

After a long day down at lowers, the boys went over to the new Skull Candy marketing office. They had beverages, skate ramps, food, what else could you ask for? Cote was spinning vinyl & Dylan Graves traded shirts with Reno Abellira! Then we moved on for a little late night Pedro's

Pat went down today in the round of 32. Kind of a bummer, but it was good to surf a couple heats and prep for the Quik Pro at Snapper. Here's a shot of Pat shredding the Gnar & our BBQ last night, Nate Yeomans & Masatoshi Ohno stopped by to get in on the action too!

All in a days work

Today we ventured south in search of bigger waves. Snapper wasn't looking so good. So the boys decided to take a chance on Balina. The waves weren't much better but they were still frothed up. The boys raced out for a rainy sesh and then headed back for a BBQ at home base.
