AL Knost wins Malibu Duct Tape!

This weekend the Malibu Surf Association welcomed us to the 50th anniversary of their contest. The Duct Tape ran smoothly, except for waves, the waves were pretty bad, but some people thrive on small peelers. Alex Knost ended up prevailing in the end. Justin Quintal took second, Christian Wach in third and Harrison Roach took fourth. North Face provided tents and sleeping bags for everyone, we set up camp at Malibu Creek State Park. We had our awards dinner & Party at the Malibu Inn, complete with sounds by Tijuana Panthers & The Allah-Las, both bands killed it!

Bonjour Lulu!

We've made it to Biarritz, France, although our surfboards didn't arrive till two days after we arrived. But we have them now and we're in full motion. The squad has launched cerebral strike missions on the French female population in Biarritz with record wine intake. The team seems hydrated for maximum efficiency! Stay tuned for the next transmission...

ECSC: Day 2

Andrew Doheny continues to crush heats, he won 2 more throughout the day. Meanwhile, the longboarders went over to Freedom Surf Shop to pick up some fresh sleds. In the evening, we had the official competitors dinner for the Duct Tape Invitational. Everyone sat, as Joel gave out the rules and format for the contest. We ate dinner, then everyone headed back to the hotel. Alex Knost and Dylan Graves came together with a collaborative piece, maybe inspired by Mugatu's Derlict campaign?
