Tanner takes 2nd!!

Tanner ended up in the finals in Brazil with fellow San Clementean Kolohe Andino!!! So epic, it was a super rad final. Kolohe took it in the end, and Tanner with a respectable 2nd. Yeah boys!

Congrats to Tanner Gudauskas for making the finals down at the Lowers Pro, and taking 2nd place! Tanner won every heat previous to the final. He is just days back from his ankle injury and we couldn't be more stoked on how he performed! Way to go Tanner, Everyone at Vans is super proud! Keep that ball rolling!!!

Tanner Gudauskas has been dominating the competition down at Lower Trestles this week. Big Brother Pat just went down today, along with Dane and Dylan Graves. John Florence went for broke, and unfortunately it didn't work out for him. So Tanner is running strong, keep going buddy, you can watch the contest live HERE, and cheer him on! Go Tanner!!!

Tanner & Dylan Take 1st

Tanner Gudauskas won his heat today, Taking down the likes of Joel Centeio, Hodei Collazo & Adam Robertson. Then first alternate, Dylan Graves waited patiently for a spot to open up. And it did, Tonino Benson didn't make the check-in time and Dylan suited up. He ended up winning his heat as well. Needless to say, there is a high level of stoke at the Vans house right now! Day at Pipe

Dylan Graves and Tanner Gudauskas took a little journey down to the Banzai today. John Florence and Nathan Fletcher were out too, and I think I saw Kalani Chapman also. Pretty much everyone was at Pipeline today, Except me and Pat. We picked up some food poisoning the night before at our little BBQ. So today was a bummer for us, But we're starting to feel better and hopefully Pat will be in top form to compete tomorrow.

Dylan Graves defeats Adrian Buchan

Dylan Graves smashed it outta the ballpark today, and the people of Puerto Rico were loving every minute of it. Pat Gudauskas surfs later today in heat #10 against Matt Wilkinson. And we also saw Tanner Gudauskas & John John Florence in the same heat in the Canary Islands. Tanner is in round 5 right now and John unfortunately went down. So Tune in to watch Pat & Dylan surf

With Death Comes Life

Unfortunately, Tanner Gudauskas went down to the wrath of Andy Irons today, he surfed a great heat, but mother nature didn't provide him with the waves he needed. So Tanner will fall off the CT and fight his way back from the QS. But on the brighter side of things, his older brother Pat defeated Roy Powers and will continue on to the third round! And hopefully do well enough to make the cut and stay on the CT. Either way these two kids are stoked on life, and we're stoked on them!

Not only has Tanner advanced through his round 2 heat at the US Open, he is also apparently in a relationship with Miranda Kerr... way to go T-Bone.

US Open: Day 4

Today we had 3 Vans Team riders competing in the US Open of Surfing. Two went down in round 1, Dane Gudauskas & John Florence. Tough heats... John is also competing in the Juniors division, so he continues on into the quarter-finals on friday. Dylan Graves won his heat today, and will move on into round 2.
